Construction

* Assist with site preparation, including moving materials, setting up equipment, and protecting surrounding areas.

* Perform concrete surface preparation (grinding, cleaning, patching cracks, and repairing spalled areas).

* Mix and apply epoxy coatings, flake systems, quartz sand, and topcoats under supervision.

* Assist with installation of cove base, sealants, and finishing details.

* Safely operate hand tools, grinders, and vacuums.

* Maintain a clean and safe job site.

* Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites.

* Follow company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.

* Support the team with other duties as assigned.
