Slab Jack Truck Driver/Laborer
Understanding safety hazards of each job and maintain proper personal protective equipment.
Drill holes in concrete with rock drill at properly analyzed locations.
Mixing of slab jack material by shoveling and lifting material into mixer and dumping properly mixed material into mud pump and operating mud pump.
Properly mixing and matching repair material to fill in grout holes.
Clean up job site and equipment. 6. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
Keep driving logs current (if applicable)
Adhere to all DOT regulations.

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Two (2) years construction experience preferred
Class B CDL and medical card
Good public relations skills
Knowledge to operate basic hand tools, grout mixer, skid loader (preferred)
Ability to walk, stand, sit, climb, uses hands and finger to handle or feel objects or tools, reach with hands and arms, talk, listen, hear, read, see, lift, bend, climb in/out of equipment.
Lifting 100+ pounds requirement, sometimes numerous times per day
Outside elements i.e. sun, wind, dust, rain, concrete, grouts, mud, snow, ice, cold, heat, high pressure hoses, solvent, grease, oil, paint, cleaning materials, noise
Handling of Dangerous Equipment: normal safety issues and guidelines of operating heavy equipment, pressurized concrete and hydraulic lines or hoses
