Shop Hand
Operate and maintain shop hydraulic tools like floor jacks, shop presses, and fluid lifters.
Cut, clean, and crimp hydraulic hoses and fit replacement lines.
Disassemble worn assemblies, clean greasy parts, and prep components for rebuilds.
Communicate with Yard/Shop Manager as to yard needs.
Maintain, clean, pressure wash, paint, and repair all company equipment.
Load/Unload trailers with necessary equipment and supplies.
Installs, repairs, removes and maintains various company tools and equipment
Accurately inspects all iron and equipment for defects, washed out parts, etc.
Maintain a clean shop and yard to include, but not limited to sweeping, picking up trash, power washing pad, etc.
Observes safe working practices, safety rules, and regulations
Communicate effectively with employees, the client representative and/or other third party service companies.
Wears appropriate PPE as required.
Comply with Attendance Standards.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
A minimum of three to four years of prior construction experience is required, with an emphasis on hydraulics or proven mechanical proficiency
Prior experience in Welding is a plus
