Sonya, a native of the Grand Valley, has been deeply involved in the staffing industry since 2017. With unwavering dedication and hard work, she quickly mastered the complexities of the profession, eventually taking ownership of the company in 2022. Sonya believes that "Providing staffing and payroll services to businesses in the Grand Valley goes beyond simply boosting the economy. It is about recognizing the aspirations of business owners and employees, and actively supporting them in achieving their goals." In her leisure time, Sonya enjoys coaching basketball, playing golf, spending quality time with her two rescue dogs, and contributing to the CMU alumni association. She is also an engaged member of the Grand Junction Chamber of Commerce.

Rosa, a native of the Grand Valley, discovered her passion for connecting employers and job seekers after earning her Bachelor's Degree from CMU in 2022. With a profound understanding of the impact employees can have on a business and the significance of the hiring process, Rosa collaborates closely with business owners and job seekers to identify the perfect match. She is committed to cultivating enduring relationships and contributing to a stable job market. Rosa continuously seeks innovative ways to assist companies with their hiring and payroll needs, and eagerly anticipates gaining insight into the requirements of job seekers as she engages with them. She takes pride in being a member of the CMU Alumni Association. In her leisure time, Rosa enjoys golfing and caring for rescue dogs.
