• Replaces broken or worn parts, using hand tools.

• Lubricates and cleans equipment.

• Keep electric cables and water hoses clear of machine treads or tires.

• Observes ground surface and machine operation for indications of unsafe conditions.

• Collects ore samples for laboratory analysis.

• Observes type of earth formation penetrated to determine need for lowering casing into holes to seal off water and prevent cave in of soft formations.

• Records depths from which core samples are taken or depths at which piers are driven.

• Other recorded information. Drill logs.

• May replace bits as they become worn, chipped or lost.

• May operate water pump to pump water down bore hole to cool drill bit.

• Follow the driller’s lead to complete tasks efficiently and safely.

• Traveling out of town or out of state with short or long-term stays

Essential job duties for this position include the following items. Other duties must be performed as assigned or required:

● Assist client(s) in and out of bed, excluding the use of mechanical lifting equipment unless trained and documented as competent 

● Assist client(s) with walking, including the use of walkers and wheelchairs, when applicable 

● Provide meal planning, preparation, and feeding as required. 

● Provide medication reminders. 

● Remind clients to complete prescribed exercises when instructed by the appropriate health care professional. 

● Always remain in client vicinity during shift and report any unusual incidents and act quickly in cases 

of emergency 

● Document services delivered in accordance with Home Care policies and procedures. 

● Record and report changes in the client’s physical condition, behavior, or appearance to the supervisor. 

● Report any unusual incidents and act quickly in cases of emergency. 

● Adhere to HIPAA regulations 

● Provide general companion care services, and homemaker services. 

● Participate as requested in the quality assurance reviews and evaluations

● Stay current with changing technology, including software programs. 

● Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures. 

Responsibilites include but are not limited to:

• Valid CDL A OR B license with a clean driving record

• Must have pervious knowledge of operating Manual Transmissions

• Ability to safely operate construction vehicles such as dump trucks, bulldozers, and excavators

• Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations

• Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials

• Adherence to safety protocols and procedures

• Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with site supervisors and team members

• Problem-solving skills to navigate unexpected obstacles on job sites

• Attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility to work long hours and adapt to changing work environments

• Assist with debris removal from Jobsite to truck

• Ability to remain upright and to access ground level surfaces

• Knowledge of materials commonly used in concrete projects

• Ability to move heavy materials and tools from one location to another

• Familiarity with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and construction safety standards

• Ability to use common tools, such as trowels, screeds, floats, mixers and saws

• Understanding of how concrete cures and how environmental conditions may impact the process

• Analytical skills to interpret blueprints and construction specifications

• Basic arithmetic skills to perform measurements

A local construction company is seeking temporary employees to assist with their projects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Cleaning and preparing construction sites.

• Loading and unloading materials and equipment.

• Building and taking down scaffolding and temporary structures.

• Digging trenches, compacting earth and backfilling holes.

• Operating and tending machinery and heavy equipment.

• Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans.

• Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties.

• Digging holes, assisting the Superintendent with tasks around the site

•  Prior experience in construction work and familiarity with hand and power tools is required.

• Concrete Form Setters must be comfortable working outside in all types of weather conditions and lifting heavy objects.
