• Positions parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled or following blueprints. Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, or other fasteners. Prepare product for shipment including international shipments. Operates forklift, crane, drill presses, welder, riveting machines and hand tools to assist in assembly operation.

• Pickup/Deliver parts at local vendors. Collaborate with Engineering to ensure quality control and assist with R&D.

• Previous Experience with operating the following:

  • Grout Pump Operator: Lifting and handling 100 lb bags of material repetitively. Tends one or more machines that pump concrete, grout or dry mixtures of sand and cement through hoses to fill forms and crevices or to coat surfaces. Positions hose or temporary pipeline, and snaps couplings together in a safe operating manner. Shovels materials into hopper, moves lever to discharge materials from skip into hopper or signals concrete mixing truck driver to fill hopper with concrete. Moves controls to start and operate mixing and pumping equipment. Starts pump or compressor and turns valves to regulate flow of materials through hoses or pipe

  • Skid Loader Operator: Operates power-driven straight or articulated rubber-tired or track type machine, equipped with front mounted hydraulically powered bucket to excavate or move dirt, rock, sand and other materials. Understands the use of and knows how to read grade markings, either from grade stakes or on ground surface, or hand signals. Pushes/pulls levers with hands and/or depresses pedals with feet to move machine, and to raise or lower and push bucket into stockpiled material, or to lower and dig bucket into surface of ground, and/or to lift and dump contents of bucket into truck or other vehicle or conveying device, hopper or stockpile. May use shovel to backfill trenches, holes or foundation walls. May be designated as to type of power unit operated. Performs routine maintenance on machines, such as lubricating, fueling and cleaning.

* Assist with site preparation, including moving materials, setting up equipment, and protecting surrounding areas.

* Perform concrete surface preparation (grinding, cleaning, patching cracks, and repairing spalled areas).

* Mix and apply epoxy coatings, flake systems, quartz sand, and topcoats under supervision.

* Assist with installation of cove base, sealants, and finishing details.

* Safely operate hand tools, grinders, and vacuums.

* Maintain a clean and safe job site.

* Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites.

* Follow company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.

* Support the team with other duties as assigned.

• Completes and maintains daily truck log, accurately and completely. This includes fuel and mileage reports,  and relevant information regarding pick-ups, deliveries, and transfers

• Ensures entire vehicle is clean and meets professional standards, such as DOT inspections

• Maintains vehicles to ensure safe conditions; includes daily inspections of tires, lights, signals, glass, etc. Vehicle fluids and tire air pressures must be checked and serviced daily

• Ensures vehicle is ready for next-day business; including fuel fills and pre-loads, whenever possible

• Learns and understands equipment thoroughly to ensure safe operations

• Other duties as assigned by manager

• Loading and unloading all the materials and equipment necessary to complete your project

• Loading of heavy equipment and machinery

• Removal of debris, materials form crawlspaces and basements

• Following all health and safety regulations

• Digging holes and tunnels, and shafts

• Breaking and removing concrete

• Mixing and Pouring concrete

• Ability to remain upright and to access ground level surfaces

• Knowledge of materials commonly used in concrete projects

• Ability to move heavy materials and tools from one location to another

• Familiarity with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and construction safety standards

• Ability to use common tools, such as trowels, screeds, floats, mixers and saws

• Understanding of how concrete cures and how environmental conditions may impact the process

• Analytical skills to interpret blueprints and construction specifications

• Basic arithmetic skills to perform measurements

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Inspect roofing surfaces and make suggestions regarding appropriate repairs

• Remove algae, moss, sticks and other debris from commercial and residential roofs

• Install insulation, shingles, shakes, slate tiles and other materials according to the manufacturer instructions

• Install new roofing systems or make repairs based on owners’ budgets and aesthetic preferences

• Follow local building codes related to pitch and other roof characteristics

• Set up vents to ensure that moisture doesn’t damage a roofing surface

- Formulate bulk Tincture according to batch records
- Produce bulk batch Gummies based on batch records
- Assist in the development of future products through R&D
- Utilize the manufacturing line for Tincture bottling
- Gummy filling
- Accurately complete all batch records related to manufacturing processes
- Perform daily tasks specific to your role
- Clean utensils used for formulation and gummy production
- Assist the warehouse with inventory tasks, such as reorganization and moving racks
- Mix sanitation chemicals and maintain clean rooms
- Ensure cleanliness and unobstructed pathways in clean rooms, packaging room, and walk-through areas
- Help optimize manufacturing processes
- Contribute to future projects for the advancement of Partnered Process
- Perform light maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment

A local construction company is seeking temporary employees to assist with their projects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Cleaning and preparing construction sites.

• Loading and unloading materials and equipment.

• Building and taking down scaffolding and temporary structures.

• Digging trenches, compacting earth and backfilling holes.

• Operating and tending machinery and heavy equipment.

• Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans.

• Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties.

• Digging holes, assisting the Superintendent with tasks around the site
