Temporary Administrative Assistant
Responsibilites include but are not limited to:
Perform file system and database management
Take messages and manage a multi-line phone to handle calls
Process medical insurance claims and patient billing
Schedule staff meetings
Handle faxes and mail
Prepare reports, invoices and memos
Schedule appointments and surgeries, send appointment reminders and make follow-up calls or generate emails

Requirements
Pre-Screening Background Check and Drug Test
At least 1 year of prior experience as a Medical Secretary or similar role
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficency with computer functions such as Excel, Word, Outlook
